Cornicabra from the variety, the majority in the area. Is the result of physical pressure by simple extraction of olives to get a 100% natural. The olives harvested at the optimum moment of ripenness with daily milling and proper storage of oil, make it an exceptional product quality characteristics.
Features intense aroma with hints of vegetable and apple. Green fruity. Slightly bitter and spicy.
These oils maintain a ranking of acidity between 0,25 and 0,4º.
