Made from the best tempranillo grapes selected in our vineyards, this wine was cold fermented and aged for 3 months in new oak barrels.
Sight: Red, unripe cherry with violet shades.
Bouquet: Intense, fruit-bearing, plane with a tunefull wooden scent.
Taste: True, balanced with a nice and durable after taste.
Serve with...Perfect with game dishes, Manchego cheese, red meats and Serrano ham.
