Tasting Notes

This wine is made from 100% Verdejo grapes. The grapes are carefully selected and then vinified utilizing the most advanced cold fermentation technology which preserves the natural verdejo fruit and freshness of the wine.

Sight Pale yellow color, bright and very clean appearance.

Nose Upper-middle aromatic intensity, showing clean ripe fruity aromas. Spicy sensation in the mouth due to the entry carbon dioxide remains in the process we observed visually.

Flavour Entry fresh, with good acidity. At the end it appears characteristic’ Verdejo bitter touch, which invites to drink more wine. Warm after drink and medium persistence, the fruit appears again by retroolfaction.
