The must ferments at a controlled temperature in order to obtain more intense aromas.

Tasting

Pale bright yellow color, with an intense fruity aroma. In mouth light, fresh and doomed, leaving a persistent and balanced acidity that fills the mouth.

Pairing

Serve around 8-10 ºC. Pairing is recommended with appetizers, salads, fish, seafood and rise.
