History and values

Santa Catalina, clear example of the great viticultural and winery tradition of Spain.

Since 1959 and located in the lush region of La Mancha, Santa Catalina Agricultural Cooperative stands as a reference for food and agriculture in the area.

A collaboration of more than 1200 farmers, it is a leader in the development of quality products and in the protection of La Mancha’s ecosystem.

The effort of our people has only one aim: to get the best fruit, the best product. People who live on their land, who knows the value of environmental stewardship that integrates ecological projects that allow more natural and healthy products. People that combines experience and youth with a strong commitment to sustainable development through the most modern technology and respect for the traditions of the elders.

Currently, Santa Catalina has the most modern processing systems, both in its winery and in its oil mill.
