The must ferments at a controlled temperature to obtain more intense aromas.

Tasting

Cherry deep red color with purple edge. Ripe red and black fruit and caramel intense aromas. The palate is light with a great glyceric contribution. Fruity finish and long aftertaste.

Pairing

Serve around 16-18 ºC. The combination is recommended with stew dishes, rise, cheeses, roasted meat, quail and pâté.
