Super quality grapes finely selected and handly harvested from native dry land vineyards, the longest - age over 50 years - cultivated in a traditional way, and meticulously cared after several generations.
Fermentation
The wine undergoes Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels for two weeks, giving the wine light wood tones .
Tasting
Intense cherry red color with rose tints at the edges. Complex bouquet, with primary notes, diversity of spices, and flashes of red fruits and well integrated. Elegant and balanced on the palate, with a great initial impact in the mouth. Its sweet and ripe tannins make it a tamed, unctuous, flavorful and persistent wine, denoting its great personality.
Pairing
Serve around 16-18 ºC. This is a wine that can be experienced with any type of food and dish, most certainly cured cheeses and meats, rice, and red or smoked meats.
