Fermented at a controlled temperature to obtain more intense aromas.

Tasting

Pale yellow color, very clean and crystal clear. Complex and intense fruity aroma, reminiscent of tropical fruits. Soft and light taste, balanced acidity. It emits freshness and has a medium and pleasant persistence inviting to keep drinking.

Pairing

Serve around 8-10 ºC. It is recommended to pair with appetizers, salads, white meat, fish and seafood.
