Tasting

Deep cherry red color with light russet edges, complex aromas of red fruits and well-assembled spices. Silky and balanced entrance reminiscent of toasted wood. Persistent and very pleasant duration.

Pairing

Serve at room temperature. Pairing is recommended with stew dishes, cured meats and cheeses, red meats and birds such as quail.
