The must ferments at a controlled temperature in order to obtain more intense aromas.

Tasting

Cherry red color, intense and bright. Red fruit fresh aroma , with hints of cocoa. In the mouth silky and structured, light acidity and medium aftertaste.

Pairing

Serve around 16-18 ºC. Recommended with all kinds of white or red meats, and also with sautéed or grilled vegetables.
