Fermentation

Special macerations. The must ferments at a controlled temperature to obtain more intense aromas.

Aging

Aged for 12 months in oak barrel and maturated in the bottle for 2 years.

Tasting

Attractive and appealing cherry red color with russet edges. Red and black fruits intense aromas, with a spicy background and chocolate and leather notes. Well integrated oak. Balanced, round and elegant palate. Long aftertaste, persistent and really tasty. Ideal to enjoy different sensations.

Pairing

Serve at room temperature. Pairing is recommended with stew dishes, cured cheeses, meats such as lamb or beef, and game birds such as quail.
